All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your delivery address is confirmed. Mystery box orders begin preparation once your spin result is revealed and your address is submitted.

We ship through Shiprocket and Ekart logistics to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across India.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders within 3-4 business days, while remote areas may take up to 7 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. Orders above the free shipping threshold qualify for free delivery. The exact threshold and applicable charges are displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the courier partner's website.
6. Delivery Address
For mystery box orders, you provide your delivery address after spinning the wheel. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.
7. Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. Orders returned to us due to failed delivery may incur reshipping charges.
