These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JinjuGlo website and your purchase of any Mystery Beauty Box. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Surprise Box Experience
JinjuGlo offers curated Surprise Beauty Boxes. After your payment is successful, you'll spin the JinjuGlo Spin Wheel to reveal your winning tier—'Regular, Premium, or Jackpot'.
Each tier has its own list of possible beauty, skincare, fragrances, and fashion accessories. Your box will contain a carefully selected combination of products from that tier. The exact combination remains a surprise until you receive and open your box.
Every Surprise Box is guaranteed to contain products with a total value greater than the price you paid.
2. Spin Wheel Fairness
The JinjuGlo Spin Wheel uses a secure randomized system to determine your winning tier. Once your result is revealed, it is final and cannot be changed or re-spun.
3. Orders and Payment
Before placing an order, you'll be asked to sign up or log in and provide your delivery details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other supported payment methods.
4. Pricing & Product Availability
Prices, product lists, and product combinations may change from time to time based on stock availability. If a product is unavailable, it may be replaced with another product of equal or higher value within the same tier.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
6. Changes to These Terms
JinjuGlo may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
7. Shipping Policy
* We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible after they are confirmed.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
* Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
* Free shipping is available on Shop by Category orders of ₹500 and above.
* Shipping charges for eligible orders below ₹500 will be displayed at checkout.
* Shipping charges for JinjuGlo Surprise Boxes(if applicable) will be shown before payment.
* Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate. JinjuGlo is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unforeseen courier delays.
8. Cash on delivery (COD) policy
* Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Shop by Category orders with a minimum order value of ₹500.
* A ₹99 COD handling charge applies to all COD orders.
* COD is not available for JinjuGlo Surprise Boxes. All Surprise Box orders must be prepaid.
* JinjuGlo reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders based on service availability.
